Industrial demolitions
Our interventions range from remediation to environmental restoration. In the construction sites, industrial demolition activities are integrated in the various phases of industrial reclamation, optimising the general management of the intervention. Vitali has Atex approved equipment, to be used especially in the reclamation of tanks and chemical plants, these activities are carried out mainly with automated systems; this machinery and equipment type approval, guarantees maximum operational safety, during interventions in the presence of explosive mixtures.
Hydro-demolition
Besides the standard industrial demolition equipment, Vitali S.p.A. is also equipped with technologies able to perform hydro-demolitions and concrete milling using very high pressure (up to 2,800 bar) hydrodynamic milling operations. Thanks to this technology it is possible to perform selective concrete removal, eliminating the degraded part up to predetermined levels It is a technology that provides several advantages:
- Fast, effective and precise;
- It doesn’t disperse any health-damaging dust;
- Hydro scarification creates a surface suitable for the application of fresh mortar.
